I've been writing large-scale, large-scope technical documentation since 1995. I focus primarily on multi-media Training Classes, though I do prepare and deliver Technical and Industry presentations.
After developing and delivering Training Courses for the City of San Diego's Bentley Engineering Applications from 1995-2000, I authored InRoads and Storm&Sanitary training manuals for direct sale and to support on-site Training.
I developed training courses (and design training frameworks) for Bentley Systems (2008-2021).
I initiated and developed the Migration Project and Training Website for the Oklahoma Department of Transportation's Migration from MicroStation/J and InRoads.
I initiated and developed Kimley-Horn's documentation and training website (internal) for their migration from MicroStation/J and InRoads, as well as documenting some of their more complicated engineering modeling.
