But here's the secret: you may upgrade capacity by upgrading software. But you maximize your value by upgrading behavior, by consistently closing the CAPACITY GAP.
The biggest catalyst in upgrading ability to meet your capacity is upgrading how fast, how well, and how systematically you upgrade your behavior.
Modernize your behavior. Upgrade how well you use your systems and tools.
Improve how you Train. How you Learn. How you Share.
You already have the technology you need. You just need to learn how to use it.
You already have excellent design tools. But you're probably using it the way you learned it five years ago.
You already have a robust collaboration platform. But you're only using it as a Work-in-Progress file share.
You already have all the training content you ever need. But you haven't identified the signal from the noise.
You already have a Learning Management System by which you can assign and track training. But you probably aren't even aware of this capability you're already paying for (if you're a Bentley User).
You already have SharePoint. But only IT knows how to share a word.
You already have everything you need to boost your capacity. You need to change your behavior.

Your designers are swamped all across your organization with the same issues. Help them out. Help them out systematically, at scale.
